What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website only. Any work we do for a client is governed by its own signed agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer: project scope, deliverables and price are agreed only in writing.
Site content
The content of this site is general information about our services and our platform. We work hard to keep it accurate, current and honest, but it is provided for information and is not professional advice. The evidence documents described on this site (specifications, conformance reports and the rest) are delivered within an engagement, under its agreement.
Intellectual property
The SDUK Studio name and wordmark, and the content, design and images of this site, are the property of Software Development UK Limited. You are welcome to read, link to and share pages; do not reproduce or commercially reuse the content without written permission. Ownership of platform technology and of client systems is set out in each engagement's agreement.
Acceptable use
The enquiry form and the enquiry assistant exist for genuine enquiries. Do not use them to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive content or malicious code, and do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it.
